Frequently Asked Questions

Do the cabinets come assembled?

Absolutely.  All our cabinets are factory-assembled here in America using high industry standards with custom quality features and construction.  We NEVER use cams, clips, or brackets to assemble our cabinets like those found in RTA (Ready To Assemble) cabinets.

Where do you deliver?

Our products are available for delivery to the following states:

ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, DE, PA, MD, VA, DC, WV, OH, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, MI, IN, IL, WI, MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, and TX.   

Other western states are available for delivery upon request.  Please email or call us to determine if there are additional costs for delivery.

Is there sales tax applied to the order?

We only apply sales tax for deliveries shipped to Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Cabinet and vanity top orders are typically received within 7-14 days of purchase.  Some delays may occur due to delivery scheduling with the customer or location of delivery being shipped to.

Cabinet hardware is typically received within 5 days of purchase.

Do you offer kitchen design services?

Yes.  We offer a free kitchen design services to help with your kitchen concept and design.  We can also provide suggestions or tips if you need just a little assistance with your project.  Take a look at our Design Help tab in the menu bar for more details about our design services.

Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer one free full door sample measuring 11.5″ W x 13.5″ H.  Please see the Sample tab in the menu bar for ordering your free sample.  Additional sample doors are available at a minimal cost and can be found at the bottom of our product listing page after selecting the specific door on the Shop page.

How do I receive a free touch up kit?

Touch-up kits (valued at $48) come standard on any cabinet order over $499.

Each touch-up kit will include a putty fill stick, touch-up marker, and bottle of top coat.  Application instructions are included as well.  Please reference our Guides tab in the menu bar to view the touch-up instructional video.

Do you have discounts on truckload or bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounted truck load pricing on multi-kitchen orders for new builds, apartment/condo complexes, etc.  Truck load orders have additional door styles and colors available.

How is the product delivered?

Cabinet and Vanity Top Delivery

Delivery may be made with either a box truck, van, or 18-wheel tractor trailer weighing up to 60,000 lbs.  Shipping locations must have accessibility to accept a truck 13’ 6” high and 102” wide.  Delivery vehicles are required to stay on paved driveway or roadway and will not go “off road”.  Quick Ship Kitchens, LLC assumes no responsibility for any damage to surface or surrounding areas that may occur by the delivery vehicles directed to pull onto a driveway, sidewalk, or curb. 

Your shipment will be unloaded to a curbside location or area outside of the home or jobsite, such as, a garage, driveway, ground level porch, or carport that would allow access for a one-person handcart.  It is required that the customer or job supervisor be present and assist with the delivery and check that all items on the carriers’ bill of lading were received and damage free.  All damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading and signed by the delivery carrier.  Any damages and shortages must also be emailed to sales@quickshipkitchens.com.

Delivery day and time will be set up with either the 3rd party delivery carrier or manufacture logistics team and customer.  Any unsuccessful or refused delivery attempts may result in an additional delivery fee of $250.00.

Hardware Delivery

Cabinet hardware is delivered via UPS, FEDEX, or another common carrier.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to policies and conditions set forth by our manufactures. However, we do understand that sometimes measuring mistakes and other unforeseen problems can occur with any project. Our company strives to make your experience with our products and company as enjoyable as possible and will work with you the best we can for your additional cabinet or piece needed for completing your project. What is your concealed damage policy?

Although it’s very rare, sometimes events occur that cause damage to the product during shipping and go unforeseen until the package is unpacked.  Due to this situation it is always suggested to inspect the packaging and products upon delivery to see if there is any damage.  Any item showing visible damage or suspected to have concealed damage, should be noted on the bill of lading and signed by the delivery carrier.

If the product has been damaged, please contact us via email at sales@quickshipkitchens.com.  Product damage notification must be made within 14 days of product delivery.  Any damage notification after 14 days will not be honored.  If the damaged merchandise is approved, the damaged item(s) will be reshipped by the manufacturer for replacement.  The typical product replacement lead time is around 7-14 days. 

Quick Ship Kitchens, LLC will not reimburse any labor or other costs incurred by the customer for the down time, inconvenience, or other such factors due to the damaged product and its replacement.

How does your lowest price guarantee work?

We strive to provide our customers the best online cabinet experience they can with our free design services from our design team with over 40 years in the business, our free full door samples, to exceptional customer service.  But most of all, we work hard to provide you a fast, high quality product at an unbeatable price. 

We provide a lowest price guarantee of the same product and manufacture from other competitive retailers with proof of a recent quote.  Each quote must be submitted to Quick Ship Kitchens via email at sales@quickshipkitchens.com for review and confirmation to validate the product and that the total offering is lower in price.  Confirmation and approval must be obtained by Quick Ship Kitchens before placing an order to receive any discounted pricing.
